Glad you like it. And don't feel bad--I know all about work/life craziness getting in the way. Which tends to lead to Mom getting upset because I never call her.

Pretty much what I was thinking. The location is good, the place is big (and we have a lot of crap to fill it with), the amenities are nice, and the price is right.

Even if we did move, we'd really try to stay in the same neighborhood and a similar living situation. Because the next "life step" is looking for suburbs with good school districts and 3-bedroom houses, and I'm just not ready for that yet.
