Thai food follow-up
Mar. 2nd, 2015 08:04 pmGreen curry mix: How can something smell so good and burn so much? The front taste was so deceptive; all bright lime and fishy umami with a little coconut behind it. Then BURN.
It makes me want to go to a Thai restaurant and ask for the mildest green curry they can make. Or just figure out how to make it with just the flavors I want.
(ARR ate the alternate plain rice and chicken tonight. We didn't even offer this to him, because we love him.)
