2. Willow (classic or extra-sassy college Willow) - Buffy
3. Mahandra - Wonderfalls (Tracie Thoms rocks, and Mahandra shares Jaye's wit without the, y'know, insanity)
4. Jadzia Dax - Star Trek: DS9
5. Barbara Gordon / Oracle - Birds of Prey
6. Caitlin Fairchild - Gen13
7. Poison Ivy (but only if she promisded not to poison me) - Batman
8. Quistis Trepe - Final Fantasy 8
9. Thesseley - Thesseley: Witch for Hire (She was a bit too bitchy in her appearances in Sandman, frankly, but the character was much fun in her own mini.)
