I've had an epiphany and written a mystical prophecy, inspired by the weird egyptian thing [livejournal.com profile] jethrien and I saw this past week.

Actually, no. This only seems like a grand collection of pseudo-mystical rambling. It is, in fact, a clever quote. Only I’ve anagrammed each line. See if you can figure out the original quote. (Punctuation is a hint, number and length of words are not. Each line is a seperate anagram and contains only letters and punctuation marks that go on that line.)

THY, A GERMY ED, REVISE NO AD
O SO GENERALISED NINE.
IVY TOT, RENEGADE SIKH, HYMN
SEETHE NON OILING SINK.
ADD GRIME ENVY, YET SHOO,
ONES LUNE BOWEL ODE
O TO LUSH YODELING.
FINEST TIT BOMBARDED HOI
FANTASIA PUT WRY ALIMONY.

Do they all have the same key? Or are they all different?

Umm...there is no key. They're not cryptograms. They're anagrams. You have to rearrange the letters that are there to form other words.

Heh.

Long day.

I don't think anyone's going to get this one. For me, with anagrams I either see it immediately or I don't. And these lines are all too long to mentally try out permutations. Sorry!

What Ivy said. Only, it's too long to put into most computer anagram makers, too.

Sorry, this is just too hard and not rewarding enough to be worth it.

Are you going to post an answer?

The computer anagram makers had no problems helping me make it, oddly enough.

Read, every day, something
no one else is reading.
Think, every day, something
no one else is thinking.
Do, every day, something
no one else would be
silly enough to do.
It is bad for the mind to be
always part of unanimity.
