Happy 24th birthday!!
As I was getting ready to leave for work this morning, I turned off the light at the top of the stairs and remembered something that doesn't seem that long ago. When you were still in the crib, the sound of the light switch was enough to wake you up. I'd be about to go down the stairs and would hear a little voice calling, "Da!" So I would go back and give you a hug and tell you you needed to go back to sleep. Sometimes you did, sometimes you ended up downstairs with me while I ate breakfast. It doesn't seem like more than 20 years ago...
