Name one CD you own that no-one on your friends' list has: Beowulf: The Musical, Original Princeton Cast.

Name one book you own that no-one on your friends' list has: I have a complete set of AD&D 2nd edition books, including the Encyclopedia Magica and the final D&D Basic Rules Cyclopedia. That's scratching the surface of my rpg collection, but I suspect it's sufficient to beat my friends list.

Name one DVD/VHS you have that no-one on your friends' list has: I have all three seasons of Transformers: Beast Wars.

Name one place you've visited that no-one on your friends' list has: Ashford Castle in Ireland? No wait, [livejournal.com profile] hutubachick has been there. Oh, okay, has anyone been to Athens, Greece? That was one of the few trips I went on without [livejournal.com profile] hutubachick or [livejournal.com profile] jethrien.

(Okay, technically [livejournal.com profile] jethrien "has" everything that I do, or at least equal access to it. But she wouldn't have these without me, and I'm pretty sure noone else does.)

Yes, I've been to Athens.

Dang. Okay, hmm--I've been to the coast of Turkey (same trip), that's a maybe. Damn my not being individually adventurous and having an immmediate family member on my friends list!

That would be a yes on Turkey, too... Didn't you see mine? Troy? We went from Kusadasi (Ephesus) all the way up to Istanbul. One of my favorite trips ever.

I can throw in on the coast of Turkey as well...at least, Antalya and surrounding areas.

By California law, half of your waffles would be mine in a little less than a year.

You have been camping in Chatham, New York, as well as Harriman State Park and the Yogi Bear campground near Six Flags Great Adventure. Bet no one on your list was there!

Someone NOT on your list!

And no one else has Juan and Carlos, the bear brothers. They are one-of-a-kind.

You know, when I was very little, I thought he was named "Wan", not "Juan". Which made for an amusing moment much later when I realized why naming the other one "Carlos" was funny.

(Wan--I mean, he's a panda. They're Asian, right? That seemed to make sense...)

It make PERFECT sense to us then, and it still does now.

As I recall, he was originally "One" (as opposed to the second bear who was briefly known as "Two") which you pronounced as "Juan." Why "One"? Because even at the earliest age your mother was trying to teach you how to count!
