chuckro | Amazon Pantry: Abject Failure

Attempted to use Amazon Pantry as a time-saving, grocery-buying method. The first order was apparently damaged in transit and sent back without anyone telling me, until I wondered where it was and checked online. I had to call Amazon and get them to send a replacement...which also never showed up because it was damaged in transit. Again with no notification. I eventually just requested a refund. Looks like I won't be getting my dry goods from them. Ah, well.
